Maintenance Mechanic at Staffmark Group

Pay & Schedule Pay Rate: $38 - $43/hr (based on experience) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems Diagnose and repair PLCs, electrical circuits, motors, drives, transformers, and control panels Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams Apply NEC standards and use diagnostic/testing equipment for repairs Collaborate with production leaders to ensure smooth shift transitions and timely repairs Maintain safety standards, use PPE correctly, and report any safety issues immediately Support other maintenance activities and assist with additional duties as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 5-7 years of maintenance experience or equivalent technical training Strong knowledge of AC/DC, Allen Bradley PLC 5 & SLC 500, Siemens, and Servo systems Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot commercial and industrial systems Skilled in using diagnostic equipment and hand tools for electrical/electronic repairs Commitment to teamwork, safety, and willingness to work overtime as needed (including weekends) Benefits Provided by Our Client Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Career growth through cross-training and advancement opportunities Eligible to accrue up to 80 hours of vacation annually (prorated in Year 1) 10 paid holidays, monthly incentive plan, and safety bonuses 401(k) with 3% company contribution + additional matching Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and exclusive employee discount site Ready to elevate your maintenance career?
