Must be able to assist engineer as needed.Responsibilities:Essential Functions1. Responsible for minor building electrical needs.Responsible for minor building electrical needs (lighting repair and new lighting installs receptacle replacement and installing of telephone and data cabling etc.).2. Maintaining air handlers.Maintaining air handlers including all air filter changing needs.3. Assigned Preventive Maintenance.Assigned Preventive Maintenance (P.M.) to include but not limited to ice machine eyewash stations clean press pumps clean shaker screen clean lint traps lint trap fans and dryer ducts tunnel screens and nightly laundry machine blow down.4. Assist in parking area and sidewalk snow removal and sanding.Assist in parking area and sidewalk snow removal and sanding.5. Completes all required preventative maintenance.Completes all required preventative maintenance assignments on time and in a complete manner.6.
