DescriptionPosition at JBS USAMAINTENANCE PLANNER SUPERVISORResponsibilities:DevelopPMsfor critical equipment in the facility- train team members on how to properly conduct PM work.Ensure spare parts and inventory are stocked for critical equipmentWork with vendors mechanics and maintenance supervisors daily to ensure proper parts are ordered in atimelymanner for equipmentBuild parts kits for team membersCompare vendors for cost savingsMaintain the SAP database foraccurateequipmentCleaning and organizing as directed for the maintenance departmentAbility to drive pay loader skid loader and yard equipment as needed or requiredTrack and document that team members are receiving the required time in the training program.Give feedback to supervisors and plant engineer if team members are not meeting requirements.Provide timely assistance to tem members on progression through training. Spend time in plant verifying team members hands-on training and comprehension. Continual development of training curriculum specific to plant needs.
