We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing maintenance plans to ensure the optimal performance of our facilities and equipment. This role requires a strong background in industrial maintenance, project management, and facilities management. The Maintenance Planner will work closely with various departments to coordinate maintenance activities, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for equipment and facilities.
- Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes.
- Supervise maintenance staff and provide leadership during projects and repairs.
- Conduct inspections of equipment, systems, and facilities to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Analyze schematics and technical documentation to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, including reports on high voltage, low voltage, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Manage projects related to facility upgrades or repairs while adhering to timelines and budgets.
Skills
- Strong management skills with experience in supervising maintenance teams.
- Proficient in the use of CMMS software for effective maintenance management.
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage), and mechanical knowledge.
- Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices and project management principles.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team collaboration and communication in English.
- Experience in manufacturing environments is preferred.
