High school diploma or equivalent.2. Two (2) years of full time (or part-time equivalent) building mechanical and/or building electrical work experience.3. Physical Requirements - Should have manual dexterity needed to assist in repair of small machinery. Occasional heavy physical exertion and climbing of stairs and ladders required. Incumbent must be able to climb and be comfortable at heights of 40 or more and/or depths (pits hoist-ways etc) be able to lift or handle 75 lbs unassisted a minimum of 2 flights of stairs and/or 300 feet. Must be able to work both overhead (and lift weights of 60 lbs overhead for short periods of time) or on knees for extended periods of time. 2. Work Environment - Incumbent will encounter noise dust heat cold and mud.
