Competitive Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + overtime opportunities 401(k) with Company Match Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Generous PTO & Paid Holidays Stable, Global Organization with Strong Market Presence Collaborative Work Environment: Hands-on team supporting critical plant operations Career Growth: Opportunity to expand skills in electrical, PLCs, and advanced maintenance systems Work-Life Balance: Shift flexibility available Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on food processing equipment Troubleshoot and repair seamers (Angelus preferred) and filling equipment Conduct seam teardowns, inspections, and adjustments across various can sizes Execute mechanical repairs and diagnose equipment failures Perform welding, torch cutting, and fabrication work as needed Troubleshoot basic electrical systems and components Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics Maintain lubrication schedules and perform routine inspections Ensure compliance with OSHA and plant safety standards Complete maintenance documentation and required paperwork Maintain a clean and safe work environment Support additional maintenance tasks as assigned Qualifications - Needed: High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred) Minimum 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or food processing Strong experience with seamers and filling equipment Background in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting Welding experience (required - torch and plasma cutting preferred) Experience with power tools and pipefitting Familiarity with OSHA safety standards Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred Proven ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment Interested in hearing more?
