As our Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll be the backbone of our operations, overseeing all maintenance activities, leading a skilled team, and ensuring our facilities are in top-notch condition.What You'll Do:Lead and mentor a team of maintenance techniciansCoordinate and prioritize daily maintenance tasksDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programsTroubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issuesEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company standardsManage maintenance budgets and inventory of suppliesSchedule, communicate and follow up on work assigned to outside vendorsWhat You Bring:Proven experience in maintenance supervision or a similar roleStrong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)Exceptional leadership and team management skillsAbility to diagnose and resolve complex maintenance issuesExcellent communication and organizational skillsA proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvementRelevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical) are a plusYour Benefits:Paid medical insurance for employee.
