Our model of care focuses on a personal and self-directed process that empowers the people we serve and helps them to develop the skills to thrive!Title: Maintenance SupervisorJob Duties: The maintenance supervisor must possess the ability to perform a variety of skilled duties in the maintenance/repair and modification of equipment HVAC units buildings utility systems and grounds; construct various items requiring carpentry and wood finishing skills; follow a written planned maintenance program on various mechanical electrical and systems equipment as well as the necessary documentation as required in permanent files. The Maintenance Supervisor is also responsible for managing the housekeeping department.
