Facilities ManagerLocation: On-site Beckley WVType: Full-Time Healthcare FacilitySalary Range: $85000 $95000 (Based on experience)Lead Facilities Operations in a Critical Healthcare EnvironmentWere seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Manager to oversee operations at a healthcare facility where safety compliance and system reliability are essential to supporting patient care. As the primary point of contact for all facility-related matters youll lead plant operations ensure regulatory compliance manage vendors and drive performance across all critical infrastructure.If you thrive in fast-paced highly regulated environments and want to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes in healthcare this role offers the leadership challenge youve been looking for.What Youll DoLead & Supervise: Manage the plant operations team ensuring smooth daily operations maintenance execution and adherence to safety standards.Healthcare Compliance: Ensure all building systems and maintenance practices align with state federal and healthcare-specific regulations (e.g. NFPA101 Life Safety infection control hazardous materials).Financial Oversight: Own and manage the facilities operating budget monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising service or safety.Monitor Performance: Track KPIs/SLAs and implement action plans to address underperformance or compliance risks.Coordinate Vendors & Projects: Oversee contracted work ensure vendor accountability and support critical maintenance or infrastructure projectsincluding off-hours supervision if needed.Training & Safety: Ensure staff is properly trained and consistently follow safety protocols.
