Learn more about us on our website.What You'll DoAs a Maintenance Supervisor, you will:Lead Your Team: Supervise a staff of 2 or more maintenance professionals.Be a Property Pro: Perform efficient and high-quality apartment turns to get units ready for our next residents.Fix it Right: Use your skills in electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and HVAC to diagnose and resolve issues.Solve Resident Problems: Communicate effectively with residents and coworkers to ensure everyone is satisfied and informed.Stay Organized: Manage inventory control, purchasing, budgets, and vendor relationships effectively.Ensure Quality: Oversee multi-family inspections, quality assurance (QA), and reporting.Stay Ready: Join our rotating on-call schedule to respond to urgent issues and keep our community running smoothly.What We're Looking ForExperience: At least (2) two years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor overseeing staff of two or more, combined with at a minimum of (2) two years of experience as a Maintenance Technician.Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in plumbing, electrical systems, appliance installation and repair, and apartment turns.Certifications: Must have a valid HVAC Universal - Section 608 Certification.Software Skills: Experience with Excel and other relevant management software.A Team Player: We work better together, and we want someone who feels the same.A Clean Record: You'll need to pass a background check and drug screen.Availability: Must be able to be "On Call" on a rotating basis.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive Compensation: Starting at $32/hour DOE (depending on experience).Solid Benefits: Multiple Health and Dental options.
