Job Details
Qualifications:
- Mechanical and electrical expertise required; experience with specialty metals or processing equipment a plus.
- Associates degree in engineering, industrial technology, or related field preferred but not required.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to work under deadlines and in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including off-shifts or emergency call-ins.
