Why join us? 401(k) with Generous Match Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Generous PTO & Paid Holidays Collaborative Work Environment: Cross-functional plant leadership team 24/7 Production Environment with strong CI focus Leadership Development & Safety Training Programs Job Details Key Responsibilities & Duties: Supervise maintenance employees across assigned shifts in a 24/7 operation Plan, assign, and direct maintenance and capital project work Collaborate with Plant Engineer and Maintenance Manager to improve OEE Oversee mechanical and electrical systems supporting production Manage CMMS and scheduled preventive maintenance programs Drive corrective actions based on maintenance KPIs Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, food safety, and company standards Support CI initiatives and weekly continuous improvement meetings Manage employee development, performance management, and discipline Participate in union-related activities if applicable Maintain safe, clean, and food-safe production environments Support food safety, pre-requisite programs, and quality compliance Qualifications Needed: Bachelor's Degree (Engineering preferred) Minimum 2+ years of plant maintenance experience Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience Experience in food & beverage manufacturing strongly preferred Strong background in GMP, OSHA, Workers' Compensation, and Safety Compliance Experience utilizing CMMS systems Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Strong mechanical & electrical systems knowledge Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, multi-shift environments Ability to manage capital projects and maintenance KPIs Ability to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as required Interested in hearing more?
