Day shift leadership role with strong team structure already in place High-impact position with ownership over maintenance operations Stable company with consistent production demand Competitive compensation and full benefits package Job Details What You'll Be Doing Lead and manage a team of 8 millwrights across rotating shifts Coordinate daily maintenance activities and assign workloads across shifts Provide direction and planning for off-shift maintenance execution Support and help plan major maintenance shutdowns Oversee parts, inventory, and maintenance planning processes Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues and support the team as needed Ensure safety, efficiency, and uptime across production equipment What We're Looking For Prior experience leading maintenance teams in an industrial manufacturing environment Strong mechanical background with hands-on millwright experience Experience with preventative maintenance programs and shutdown planning Familiarity with parts/inventory management systems Ability to manage both day-to-day execution and longer-term planning Paper mill experience is a strong plus, but not required Interested in hearing more?
