We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the physical integrity of our community and deliver the highest level of service to our residents.In this role, you won’t just manage repairs, you’ll set the tone for quality, safety, and excellence across the entire property. What You’ll Do:Lead daily maintenance operations, ensuring the property looks great and runs smoothlyDiagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general property systemsManage service requests from start to finish with clear communication and follow-upOversee the make-ready process to ensure vacant units are market-ready within 5 daysMaintain curb appeal through daily upkeep of buildings, grounds, and common areasCoordinate vendor work, obtain bids, and control inventory to stay within budgetRespond to emergency maintenance requests after hours as scheduledEnsure safety compliance with OSHA, local codes, and internal policiesSupervise maintenance staff and outside contractors to meet quality standardsKeep accurate records, logs, and updates in the maintenance tracking systemWhat You Bring:Proven experience in apartment or multifamily property maintenanceStrong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair, CPO certification a plusExcellent leadership and organizational skillsCustomer-focused mindset and strong communication abilitiesAbility to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectivelyWorking knowledge of maintenance software (OneSite a plus)Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with proof of insuranceWillingness to be on-call 24/7 as scheduledBonus Skills:Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Teams, or OneSite.Trade school or vocational certification.RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with liability insurance.Pass pre-employment maintenance skills assessment, background check, and drug screening.Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility required) On-call hours as scheduledWhy Chandler?At Chandler Residential, we know great communities start with great service, and that begins with you.
