Budgets, personnel, programs, CAPEX, both maintenance and reliability, etc.KEY:10+ Years in maint/reliability at plants/active chemical or similar sitesMust have maintenance management experience in plantsExperience with turnaroundsJob:Manage the maintenance + reliability program including approx 15-20 direct/indirect reportsManagement $4M - $5M budget plus TAR workHire, fire, promote, provide dynamic system of career development for your groupWork with TPM (and developing more advanced) systemExtensive work with site manager and offsite maintenance directorExtensive work with RCFA, Mechanical Integrity, etcRequired/Preferred:Four year engineering degree required10+ years of maintenance experience; significant amount in some form of management.Must have most work in PSM environment and in chemicals/petrochemicals/refining.Must be a U.S. citizen/residentCompensation $140K - $160k, bonus, relocation available
