This role will work closely with the Sr. Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Leads, and Technicians to ensure meeting plant KPIs while leading and maintaining quality control and safety standards. This position will be a front-line leader in the maintenance department.Accountabilities & Impact:Ensure that there exists within the maintenance team an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations.Provide FLL leadership of the maintenance on-shift maintenance team.Implement and direct day to day task of our world class maintenance program to include predictive, preventative, and reactive maintenance items.Build successful interaction between production, quality, and warehouse FLLs in equipment repairs and maintenance.Invest in and build capability of team members.Provide guidance on best practices.Skills & Experiences Needed:Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceExperience with TPM / Maintenance Excellence programs including Asset Management, Breakdown Analysis, FMEA, and Reliability Centered Maintenance.Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal soft skillsTeam player and able to work in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter, well-organized, and able to multi-taskAbility to learn and cultivate technical expertiseAt Mark Anthony, we exist to Unearth the Extraordinary:Our Purpose is not just a statement; it is a call to action that binds us together and ignites our passion for making a difference.
