Maintenance Supervisors Oversee the maintenance team including maintenance, Janitorial staff, and On-site Managers, and are the primary contact for Tenants if your on-site isn't able to handle an issue.

Responsibilities include:

- Provide maintenance for the property including upkeep and repair of buildings and grounds
- Check all incoming tasks daily on our BUILDIUM portal and schedule daily maintenance - including preparing vacant units for occupancy and preventative maintenance
- Assist on-site managers with any help they need regarding their property and/or maintenance
-Assist with making recommendations for any potential service, housekeeping/custodial, or grounds personnel in conjunction with the on-site Managers
-Assist with creating and serving tenant notices, as needed
- Walk the properties weekly to make sure they are kept in good condition
-Take the initiative to improve processes and maintenance tasks
-Ensure that staff are held accountable and are exceeding
-Schedule and assist in the selection of supervision and of all vendor work
- On call after hours emergency- Answer all incoming emergency hour phone calls after hours & weekeends

Be responsible for the inventory, ordering, and delivery of all necessary supplies and equipment
Handle all lock-outs as a result of evictions and take responsibility for 24-hour response to service requests
Be available to work on an on-call basis
Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents

Requirements:

BILINGUAL a plus
Self-motivated with attention to detail
Ability to maintain positive relationships with internal and external contacts
Effective communication skills
Property maintenance experience minimum 3 years
Supervisory experience preferred minimum 2 years

Additional Information:

Work hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Compensation: TBT based on experience
