Apply now.When 4 out of 5 of the crew would recommend us to their friends, you know it's the real deal.Responsibilities:Leadership & Team ManagementSupervise and lead maintenance technicians across production and distribution areasInterview, hire, onboard, and train maintenance team membersAssign daily work across high-speed bottling and packaging linesGive performance reviews, coaching, and ongoing developmentResolve employee concerns and maintain positive team moraleMaintenance OperationsManage the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program for bottling, packaging, conveying, and palletizing equipmentEnsure proper repairs on fillers, cappers, labelers, depalletizers, case packers, stretch wrappers, and palletizersBuild mechanic schedules and ensure coverage across all shiftsUse CMMS and Production Line Monitoring Systems (PLMS) to plan and document workMaintain an organized parts room and ensure the availability of critical spare partsDrive continuous improvement to increase uptime and equipment reliabilitySafety, Quality & ComplianceEnforce safety rules and required PPEMaintain GMPs, sanitation standards, and a clean, audit-ready work areaProtect company assets through proper maintenance practicesRequirements:High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical training preferred.5+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment.Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.Comfortable using basic computer systems and production tracking software.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to lead by example and motivate a diverse team.Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed.Dependable, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset.Join a Team That Works for YouAt Staffmark, we're more than just a staffing company-we're your career partner.
