Main responsibilities include:Perform and oversee landscape maintenance (planting pruning watering fertilizing and general care of flowers shrubs trees and turf)Maintain grounds through mowing edging trimming irrigation upkeep sod installation and small equipment maintenance.Assist with turf management and installation of new landscapes and hardscapesSupervise and train interns and volunteer groups providing guidance and assigning tasksPosition Pay Range: The anticipated pay range for this position is $14.30 - $17.88/hourNotes:Young Life is a relational ministry. Staff must be able to convey a sense of Christ-like hospitality and concern for guests and staff. Responding to the unexpected needs of a guest in a prompt and professional manner is important. All staff members are expected to represent Young Life positively and professionally within the community and be able to work with and minister to the volunteer high school and college-age young people who attend our camp.
