Maintenance Tech at The Hangout

The Maintenance Tech is responsible for performing routine maintenance minor repairs and general upkeep of the restaurant facility and equipment.Things they will assist with:Perform minor repairs on restaurant equipment fixtures furniture and plumbing.Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs.Respond to maintenance requests from management and staff in a timely manner.Assist with HVAC electrical and plumbing tasks within skill level.Maintain cleanliness and safety of maintenance areas tools and equipment.Replace light bulbs air filters and other routine items as needed.Perform general tasks such as painting patching walls or fixing doors.Monitor and report any safety hazards or major repair needs to the Maintenance Manager or General Manager.Assist with setting up and breakdown of equipment or furniture for events or seasonal changes.Follow all health safety and sanitation guidelines.HANHHG Key Skills Babysitting,Gsm,Informatica,BPO,ACCA,Designing Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
