Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift (Direct Hire)

Pay: $33.60 - $46.10 per hour DOE
Shift: 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., Monday-Friday
Industry: Dairy / Food Manufacturing
Location: Kaukauna, WI

We are a growing dairy manufacturer with exciting projects ahead and are seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and thrive in a team-oriented environment, we'd love to talk with you.

Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $33.60 - $46.10 (based on experience and technical skill level)

• Overtime: One weekend per month

  • 12-hour days

  • 1.5x pay on Saturday

  • 2x pay on Sunday

? What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems (low and high voltage)

• Maintain and service gearboxes, pumps, cylinders, and conveyors

• Work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems

• Perform equipment rebuilds and new equipment installations

• Complete preventive maintenance tasks

• Accurately document work orders

• Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills

• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Food or dairy manufacturing experience (especially for candidates targeting the higher end of the pay range)
