Maintenance Technician 2nd Shift at Staffingine LLC

Job Title: Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift Job Location: Akron NY Job Type: Contract Job Description: Repair install and maintain production equipment facility systems and utilities. Perform specialized work depending on assigned track: Refrigeration: Maintain ammonia refrigeration boilers HVAC compressors glycol steam and chilled water systems; support PSM/HAZMAT compliance. Electrical: Install/repair motors VFDs transformers control circuits alarms and 3-phase power up to 480V; troubleshoot electrical schematics and control systems. Mechanical: Repair freezers conveyors filling machines pumps pneumatics hydraulics; perform welding fabrication machining and mechanical rebuilds. Troubleshoot mechanical electrical and control issues using meters gauges and diagnostic tools. Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings. Perform preventive maintenance and maintain accurate CMMS documentation. Support safety programs including GMP HAZMAT and emergency response. Operate forklifts man lifts and tools required for repair and installation. Work in extreme temperatures and variable indoor/outdoor environments.
