Maintenance Technician at ABM

DescriptionABM is looking to hire skilled facility technicians to join our growing team.Interface with facility managers engineering contractors vendors for all maintenance and service. Perform basic handyman duties as noted below but not limited to: Patch / Paint WallsInstall Corner Guards & Kick PlatesCeiling Tile ReplacementCarpentry Repairs - As Needed.Replace/Repair CarpetHang/Install Pictures/Electronics and Install AnchorsDoor Repairs - Repair / Replace Door Handles Adjust Door ClosureExterior Pressure WashDusting cleaningPlumbing Repairs - Unclog Toilets / Sinks Replace Flush Sensors Replace FaucetsSupport Engineering as Needed - Replace HVAC Filters Lighting Restock Supplied Manage Equipment Inventory and OrganizationManage Corrigo Ticket - Ensure tickets are closed meeting SLAPerform Site Inspections (Daily / Weekly / Monthly) Ensure Buildings Meet Client SLAEngage with building occupants on repairs and ticket updatesVendor EscortSupport Event Set-up/Furniture Move Request as NeededSchedule:Schedule - Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm flexible to work OTPay: $33 - $36/hrThe pay listed is the salary range for this position.
