The position is on the 2nd shift, with pay based on experience, offering a chance to showcase your skills in a dynamic and supportive setting.What You'll Bring to the Table:Proficiency in at least two trades among building, electrical, or mechanical workTwo or more years of experience in plant and building maintenanceKnowledge of safety protocols such as lockout/tagout and confined space proceduresStrong problem-solving skills to detect defects and perform precise repairs or adjustmentsAbility to interpret sketches, diagrams, and technical instructionsExcellent communication skills in English to collaborate effectivelyPhysical fitness, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform manual tasks for extended periodsDedication to maintaining a safe and clean work environmentNice to Have Skills:Experience working with contingency plans and emergency proceduresFamiliarity with computer-based maintenance management systemsAdditional trades certifications or technical trainingPreferred Education and Experience:Completion of at least the 10th gradeTwo or more years in building, electrical, or mechanical trades, with hands-on maintenance experienceEquivalent combinations of training and experience are also valuedOther Requirements:Ability to work long shifts of up to 12 hours, five days a weekWillingness to adhere to confidentiality standardsPhysically capable of sustained activity on a shop floor environmentReady to bring your expertise to a team that values skilled craftsmanship and safety?
