Job Description
Pay $23.00 - $26.00/hour Pay Based on Experience
Are you a skilled, multi-trade maintenance technician who takes pride in keeping equipment and facilities running safely and efficiently? We're looking for a dependable 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to support plant and building operations in a hands-on, safety-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and being a critical part of overnight operations.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
Proficiency in at least two trades: building, electrical, and/or mechanical
2+ years of experience in plant or building maintenance
Working knowledge of safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and confined space
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret sketches, diagrams, and technical instructions
Clear communication skills in English
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout a shift
Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Nice to Have:
Experience with emergency procedures and contingency planning
Familiarity with computer-based maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Additional trade certifications or technical training
Education & Experience:
Completion of at least the 10th grade
Two or more years of hands-on experience in building, electrical, or mechanical maintenance
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work up to 10-hour shifts, four days per week
Willingness to adhere to confidentiality standards
Physically capable of sustained activity in a shop-floor environment
