Learn More HereQualifications of a Housekeeper:Ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishLift/carry up to 50 pounds. Support up to 100 poundsSix or more months previous cleaning experience, preferredThree or more months' work experience with seniors, preferredResponsibilities of a Housekeeper:Cleans and tidies facility to support each resident's person-centered Plan of Care (POC). This typically includes:Demonstrates warmth, compassion and patience by socializing with residentsGeneral cleaning of resident rooms including vacuuming, dusting, cleaning bathroom, removing garbage, etc.General cleaning of all-purpose areas (foyer, hallways, laundry, dining room, shower rooms, activity room, living rooms, beauty shop, stairwell and dry storage) including sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning floors, dusting furniture, washing windows, polishing metalwork, dusting blinds, etc.Cleans and prepares rooms for admissions per housekeeping checklistWaters plants in common areas and resident roomsEnjoy fulfilling work with a purpose!
