Maintenance Technician at Allied Reliability

1Provide technical interface to Product Development for smooth efficient transfer of products and processes.2Machine repair to including electrical repair trouble shooting circuit boards automation pumps hydraulics pneumatics Material delivery system compressors and chillers as well as work on silos 50 plus feet high. 3Record operational data such as pressure readings length of stroke feeds and speeds for use in set-up and preventative maintenance records.4Comply with all pertinent OSHA standards.5Follow and understand acceptable quality control systems associated with parts and tooling.6Establish and maintain preventive maintenance procedures and records for all manufacturing equipment.7Provide technical support to manufacturing team for all manufacturing processes as well as all facility support.8Ability to read parts breakdown and machine electrical and hydraulic schematics.9Participate in production system and quality system efficiency workshops to support continuous improvement.10Give advice on technical specifications of new equipment as well as alterations on existing equipment and facilities -- making sure that manufacturing maintainability Health Safety & Environmental requirements are being met.11Participate in the management of the inventory of spare parts and consumables to eliminate downtime of machines.12Keep up-to-date documentation related to maintenance.13Can work 2-2-3 schedule and overtime if needed.14Keep own and adjacent work area clean.15Other related job tasks or responsibilities as assigned.#LI-JJ1 Key Skills Electrical Experience,eMaint,Industrial Maintenance,HVAC,Mechanical Knowledge,Property Maintenance,Maintenance,Painting,Plumbing,Hydraulics,Programmable Logic Controllers,Troubleshooting Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
