Areas of responsibility will include but are not limited to:Diagnose and repair HVAC systems Perform general plumbing carpentry and electrical repairsMaintain and repair residential appliancesPaint interiors and exteriors; patch drywall and perform surface repairsConduct preventative maintenance on building systemsMaintain pool cleanlinessRespond to emergency maintenance calls as part of an on-call rotationCollaborate with the Maintenance Director and team to complete work orders efficientlyMaintain a clean and safe environment across the propertyRequired Qualifications:Requirements include but are not limited to:35 years of experience in property building or facilities maintenanceStrong knowledge of HVAC plumbing electrical and appliance repairMust have own basic hand toolsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksStrong communication and customer service skillsValid drivers license and reliable transportation requiredHigh school diploma or GEDMust pass a background checkAvailability for on-call/emergency shifts including some weekends What Were Looking ForReliable and punctualProfessional appearance and positive attitudeTeam player with a strong attention to detailCommitment to resident satisfaction and safetyBenefits:We offer competitive compensation opportunity for growth and a supportive team environment.
