Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Diagnose equipment malfunctions using schematics diagrams and test equipment. Install calibrate and test new and existing manufacturing equipment. Document all maintenance activities repairs and parts used accurately. Adhere to all safety protocols lockout/tagout procedures and company policies. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns to minimize production downtime. Recommended Qualifications 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting skills. Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics blueprints and technical manuals. Experience with PLC diagnostics and basic programming (e.g. Allen-Bradley Siemens). Demonstrated ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery. Bonus Qualifications Advanced PLC programming and troubleshooting experience (e.g. Allen-Bradley Siemens). Proficiency in welding (MIG TIG Stick) and basic fabrication. Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
