Working here youll be part of a family that works together to make a difference and enhance the lives of millions worldwide.What Youll Work On:Be a Key Team Member: Work alongside Operations to minimize downtime and keep production on schedule.Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose complex equipment issues perform root cause analysis and repair high-speed filling packaging and conveying systems.Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Execute PMs support autonomous maintenance and plan major repairs during scheduled shutdowns.Fabricate & Upgrade: Design weld and install mechanical and electronic components; perform PLC program changes and maintain AC drive systems.Collaborate & Improve: Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing to implement design changes and continuous improvement initiatives.Train & Mentor: Share your expertise with peers and provide technical guidance to improve team capabilities.Ensure Compliance: Follow GMP FDA USDA OSHA and company safety standards in all tasks.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.2 years of multi-craft maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong skills in mechanical electrical PLC troubleshooting and fabrication.Ability to read schematics wiring diagrams and use precision tools.Commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement.Why Join UsYour work ensures our production lines operate at peak performance reducing downtime and delivering high-quality products to customers.
