This role requires hands-on skills across multiple tradesincluding painting carpentry plumbing masonry and basic electrical work. Tasks may include replacing electrical receptacles repairing sinks and toilets patching minor wall damage replacing damaged flooring installing locks and conducting routine maintenance on equipment and machinery.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and repair machines mechanical equipment and facilitiesTroubleshoot and fix minor electrical issues (per state and local requirements)Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspectionsPlan repair work using blueprints or diagramsUpkeep buildings and property to ensure safe functional spacesOrder and manage supplies and parts as neededKeep accurate maintenance recordsIdentify when specialized trades are required and escalate appropriatelyOther Duties:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities duties or responsibilities required of the employee for this job.
