What we want to do for you:We offer eligible employees competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package designed to assist employees and their families with their financial security, health, and well-being.Health, Life, Dental, and Vision Plans Earn up to 2 weeks paid time off during first year401k with Company Match Qualifications & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; technical training or a two-year degree in plumbing, pipefitting, or a related maintenance trade preferred5+ years of plumbing, pipefitting, or facility maintenance experience in an industrial or commercial settingStrong working knowledge of plumbing systems, including drain lines, water supply lines, fixtures, and basic pump operationProficiency in pipe fitting, including ProPress fittings, sweating/soldering copper piping, and general repairs and installationsAbility to use equipment such as jet spray guns for clearing drains, snakes, and other plumbing toolsAbility to read and interpret safety documents, plumbing schematics, maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsBasic mechanical and electrical understanding; experience with high-speed manufacturing environments is a plusComfortable completing work orders and entering required documentation into a computer systemAbility to perform basic math functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide)Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with coworkers and supervisorsMust be able to lift up to ninety (90) lbs. Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the sanitation team to ensure drains, water lines, and facility plumbing systems operate smoothly during high-volume cleaning processesClear drains during and after sanitation using jetter, snakes, and other appropriate toolsInspect, repair, and maintain sinks, toilets, water flow, and general plumbing fixtures throughout the facilityAdjust water pressure and flow as needed to support production and sanitation operationsPerform pipe fitting and installation work, including ProPress, sweating, and soldering copper pipingSupport overall facility maintenance by troubleshooting and repairing plumbing-related issues promptly to minimize downtimeMaintain a clean, safe workspace and adhere to all safety procedures and company standardsThe employing subsidiaries of Schwan's Company are Equal Employment Opportunity Employers.
