Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance 401(k) Program Generous PTO & Paid Holidays Collaborative Work Environment: Team-oriented manufacturing culture focused on safety and innovation Career Growth: Expanding operations with advancement potential Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment, facility structures, grounds, and utilities Perform preventive maintenance inspections, repairs, and work order completion Conduct equipment rebuilds, replacements, and mechanical adjustments Set up and operate welders, drill press, grinders, hand tools, and other metalworking equipment Fabricate, modify, and improve new and existing equipment Support plant safety, health, and environmental programs Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical documents Document detailed repair reports and maintenance findings Adapt to changing production and sanitation schedules Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and basic electrical repair Strong background in troubleshooting plant equipment and performing preventive maintenance Proven ability to work independently without direct supervision Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical documents Experience operating welders and metal fabrication equipment Computer proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Plant Controls Software Willingness to work changing shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed Technical trade certification or post-secondary education preferred Interested in hearing more?
