Competitive pay: $28-$32/hour 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM) Great Health Benefits Generous PTO plan Job Details What You'll Be Doing: Perform maintenance on buildings, equipment, and production assets Troubleshoot and repair: o Pumps o Motors and drives o 440V 3-phase electrical systems o Pneumatic and hydraulic systems Execute preventative maintenance schedules Read and interpret prints and technical instructions Work alongside production teams and contractors Identify required parts and communicate maintenance needs Perform general facility maintenance including housekeeping and repairs Follow all OSHA and safety regulations What You Bring: 2+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance or millwright work OR technical training Strong mechanical aptitude Basic knowledge of: o PLC controls o Motor controls o Electrical systems Ability to use hand and power tools safely Basic computer skills (Word, Excel) Ability to work independently and with a team Additional Details: Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pay: $28-$32/hour Must be able to pass background check and drug screen Interested in hearing more?
