Performing routine and preventative maintenance on a wide range of manufacturing equipment including motors, pumps, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. 2. Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and failures. 3. Repairing and replacing faulty electrical, mechanical, and manufacturing components. 4. Assisting with the installation and commissioning of new equipment. 5. Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance work performed. 6. Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations. 7. Collaborating with other team members to improve equipment performance and reliability. 8. Providing technical support and training to other team members as required. Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a maintenance technician role within the manufacturing industry. 2. Proven experience with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. 3. Strong electrical skills, with a good understanding of electrical systems, motors, and pumps. 4. Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems. 5. A solid understanding of preventive maintenance techniques and practices. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and fix equipment malfunctions and failures quickly and efficiently. 7. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and understandable way. 8. A positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team. 9. A commitment to maintaining high safety standards at all times. 10. A relevant trade qualification or equivalent would be highly regarded.
