Key Responsibilities Perform routine preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic issues. Repair and replace defective parts components or systems to minimize downtime. Install and commission new production equipment and systems. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities repairs and parts used. Adhere to all safety regulations company policies and quality standards. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in industrial maintenance troubleshooting and repair of manufacturing equipment. Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude including proficiency with 480V systems motors and controls. Familiarity with PLC systems hydraulics and pneumatics. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals schematics and blueprints. Adherence to safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures. Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Bonus Qualifications Experience with PLC programming and logic modification. Proficiency in welding (e.g. MIG TIG) and metal fabrication. Machining experience (lathe mill) for custom part creation or repair. Prior experience as a CMMS super-user or administrator.
