You are passionate about providing an environment and facility that helps others connect to God.What youll do:Responsible for ensuring safe and efficient operation of our buildings mechanical electrical and plumbing systems as well as performing general maintenance and repairs to keep the facility in excellent condition.Perform routine inspections and maintenance of the buildings mechanical electrical and plumbing systems including HVAC lighting electrical and plumbing systemsDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problemsRepair and replace faulty equipment and partsActively engage in and contribute to monthly worship sessions during All StaffProvide on-site support to contractors hired for larger or specialized projectsPerform general building maintenance including painting carpentry and drywall repairsRespond promptly to building maintenance requests and emergenciesMaintain accurate record of maintenance and repair work performedEnsure compliance with all safety regulations and building codesAssist with maintaining inventory of supplies and equipmentSkills & Experience youve had:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance or a related fieldStrong knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing and other mechanical systemsExperience with general building maintenance including carpentry and paintingAbility to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problemsExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as a part of a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as neededEmbody all Lakepointe Leadership Behaviors:Love and follow JesusHonor up down and all aroundMake it funReject good for greatWhatever it takesLove LakepointeAT-WILL EMPLOYMENT:By submitting my resume to Lakepointe Church for potential employment I acknowledge that if hired I will be an employment-at-will employee.
