Job Details Lee Spring Arizona - Gilbert AZ Full Time Day ManufacturingDescription The chief responsibility is to preserve the excellent condition and functionality of our business premises. Duties include conducting quality assessments scheduling repairs maintaining inventory and developing preventative maintenance procedures.Responsibilities:Inspecting buildings equipment and systems to identify any issuesRepairing faulty equipment units and damaged structuresDeveloping and implementing preventative maintenance proceduresManaging heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionalityPlanning and scheduling repairsConducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standardPerforming general maintenance tasks including landscaping (if applicable) painting and carpentryMaintaining the inventory records for equipment and suppliesQualifications Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent qualificationCertificate in HVAC building maintenance technology or a relevant field is preferredA minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar roleAdvanced knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systemsAdvanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniquesPhysically capable and available to work overtime including weekends public holidays and evenings as requiredEffective problem-solving abilitiesMust be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasksAbility to lift or carry a minimum of 40 lbs.Required Experience:IC Key Skills Electrical Experience,eMaint,Industrial Maintenance,HVAC,Mechanical Knowledge,Property Maintenance,Maintenance,Painting,Plumbing,Hydraulics,Programmable Logic Controllers,Troubleshooting Employment Type : Full-Time Department / Functional Area: Manufacturing Experience: years Vacancy: 1
