And our people are experts in the world of property management.As a Service Technician on the Property Management team you will be responsible for performing a wide variety of general maintenance repairs and services to our apartment residents at an assigned multi-family apartment community. This role is crucial to the overall success of the community by making sure that all apartments are updated and move in ready!This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and dynamic company with a broad future and a promote-from-within company culture.What Youll DoComplete tenant service requestsParticipate in the make-ready/turn completion processEnsure the community meets the highest exterior aesthetics standardsWork closely with a team of skilled supervisors and techniciansCoordinate and manage vendor and subcontractor projects within the communityEnsures property maintenance meets company quality standards at all times.Oversees general maintenance and upkeep to units offices common areas and community amenity buildings grounds and landscapingEnsure all work is completed in accordance with all required compliance standards and applicable regulations.Manages other projects as neededPerforms other related duties as required and assignedAbout YouTechnical skills or experience servicing and repairing items associated with light carpentry painting plastering HVAC and minor electrical tasks or general appliance installations or repairs is preferredA high school degree or equivalent is preferredMaintenance or repair experience for residential retail or commercial property management is a plusAvailable as necessary in the event of an emergency maintenance call during an on-call periodValid drivers licenseReliable transportation to and from work each day and when on call for emergenciesAbility to sit and stand frequently throughout the day and occasionally climbing balancing stooping crouching lifting crawling or use of a ladder.
