Job DescriptionJoin our team and enjoy a 3-day weekend!4 10's Monday- ThursdayWe offer great benefits Health Vision DentalLife PTO Summary:Under general supervision, safely performs advanced and expert level diagnoses, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and reconditioning of production equipment in compliance with company policiesResponsibilities:Follow and comply with all safety standards including Lock Out, Electrical Arc Flash, Fall Protection, etc.Provide safe and timely mechanical and electrical support.Ability to interpret and work from complicated drawings, blueprints, worksheets, equipment manuals and other related documents.Advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of manufacturing and facility equipment.Participate in continuous improvement activitiesPerform various hot work tasks.Orders supplies and repair items as necessary.Set up and operate equipment being used to make and repair parts. Examples would be a lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.Ability to work at heights of 10'-0" or more.Ability to work in tight spaces.Other duties as assigned.Strong English communication skills – verbal, written & presentation; ListeningOffice PC skills (Excel) and specific software (CMMS) involving technical skills knowledgeAdvanced knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems with general knowledge of electrical, VFD and PLC systems.Understanding of spare part inventory processAbility to work independently.Must be able to pass a maintenance assessment.For nearly 70 years, MasterBrand has been shaping the places where people come together, enriching lives and creating meaningful memories for our customers.
