Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime. Install and commission new manufacturing equipment and machinery. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and parts inventory. Adhere strictly to safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout procedures. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for equipment reliability. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming. Associate's degree or technical certification in industrial maintenance or a related field. Ability to read and interpret schematics blueprints and technical manuals. Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols including LOTO procedures. Bonus Qualifications Experience with specific PLC programming software (e.g. Allen-Bradley Studio 5000). Proficiency in MIG TIG or Stick welding for repairs and fabrication. Prior experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) like SAP PM or Maximo. HVAC/Refrigeration system troubleshooting and repair experience.
