Maintenance TechnicianMartinsburg West Virginia Starting at $30/hr.2nd shift Must be localA global leader in supply chain solutions is seeking a skilled and reliable Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our this role youll be responsible for maintaining troubleshooting and repairing equipment to ensure smooth facility operations. This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and machinery.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems including hydraulics pneumatics conveyors pumps motors and bearings.Conduct inspections to identify potential equipment failures or safety hazards.Repair or replace defective parts and assemblies as needed.Read and interpret technical drawings blueprints and schematics.Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to support smooth operations.Document maintenance activities work orders and parts usage.Follow company safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment reliability and efficiency.Skills & Qualifications:Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools.Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects.2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing warehouse or industrial settings preferred.Strong understanding of hydraulics pneumatics and mechanical drive systems.Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.Welding or fabrication skills a plus.High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training preferred.What We Offer: Competitive pay starting at $30/hr.
