Join Our Team as a Preventive Maintenance Technician

As a Preventive Maintenance Technician with Productivity Inc, you'll travel to customer sites across the Twin Cities and throughout the state to perform scheduled preventive maintenance on CNC metalworking equipment. You'll be a trusted partner in keeping our customers' equipment operating at peak performance.

We are seeking candidates with knowledge of Swiss machines, excellent mechanical aptitude, and electrical knowledge and training.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on CNC Swiss & other metal-cutting equipment at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulics, electronics, software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Identify and replace necessary parts, test functionality, and make adjustments.
• Complete and submit paperwork and data entry accurately and on time.
• Other duties as required.

What You Bring

• 1+ years of experience with CNC Swiss machinery.
• Previous industrial maintenance experience, including troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Technical training or certification in mechatronics, electro-mechanical systems, automation, robotics, or industrial maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel locally and stay overnight 4-6 times per month.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $28 - $35/hour, plus incentives
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, with occasional overtime
