This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to safety and quality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance services including but not limited to:Plumbing electrical heating and air conditioning repairsCarpentry appliance repairs and glass replacementCompleting daily work orders as assigned by the supervisorMaintaining professionalism and adhering to company policiesPerforming apartment make-ready workTroubleshooting and repairing mechanical systemsParticipating in preventive maintenance programsFollowing all safety regulations and standardsAssisting with other duties as required.RequirementsRequirementsMust have own tools for plumbing electrical and basic repairsBilingual (English/ Spanish)High School Diploma or GED with two years of related experienceAbility to operate hand tools and equipment used in grounds keepingAbility to operate a motor vehicleAbility to operate various hand and power toolsDeal effectively with co-workers and the publicWalk stand and kneel for prolonged periods climb a ladderTravel Requirements: This position requires reliable transportation and 100% onsite work. Travel requirements may change at any time.Physical Demands/Work Environment: This job requires the ability to lift/push/pull up to 75 pounds; exposed to mechanical/electrical/chemical hazards; work outdoors in a wide disparity of environmental conditions; manipulate hand tools while exerting moderate physical strength or while in cramped/strained positions; exposed to dust/fumes; wear protective clothing; work irregular hours.
