Now Hiring Maintenance TechnicianLocation:Pooler, GAPay:$23 - $28 per hourSchedule: Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 3:30 PM (occasional overtime and weekend work as needed)Job Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. Respond to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns promptly to keep operations running smoothly. Install, maintain, and upgrade equipment and facility systems as needed. Keep detailed records of maintenance work, repairs, and parts inventory. Follow safety guidelines and company procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Collaborate with other departments to identify maintenance needs and improve overall efficiency. Assist in developing and implementing maintenance procedures and schedules. Ensure compliance with all OSHA and industry safety regulations.Job Requirements: 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Must be skilled in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems troubleshooting, as well as preventive maintenance and repair. PLC experience is a plus. Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Experience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Must be able to read blueprints or schematics. Strong safety awareness and ability to follow lockout/tagout procedures.
