Hours & PayPay Rate: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour (based on experience)Shifts Available: Second shift and third shiftEmployment Type: Direct Hire What You'll DoTroubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and adjust manufacturing and plant support equipmentFabricate parts using metal, plastic, or wood to support operational needsMonitor and maintain boilers, compressors, water processing systems, waste neutralization, and powder silosSupport maintenance and repair of production equipment as requiredAssist with plant layouts and the purchasing of new capital assetsRespond to plant safety and security system needsOrder parts, tools, and accessories to support maintenance operationsAssist with snow removal for exits, roofs, walkways, and docks as neededPerform additional tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent4+ years of experience in a maintenance mechanic role within a manufacturing environmentStrong mechanical aptitude (motors, gears, bearings, etc.)Mid-to-high level electrical knowledge preferredExperience in maintaining facilities and production equipmentAbility to lift up to 50-55 lbs repeatedly and perform physical work, including standing, bending, and stretchingStrong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skillsA team-focused mindset with a proactive, action-oriented approach BenefitsOur client offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to support your health, financial security, and long-term success.
