Job DescriptionJob DescriptionConnect Talent Solutions, one of Hampton Roads fastest growing companies is seeking a reliable and experienced maintenance professional to manage the upkeep and maintenance of vacation rental properties. The maintenance professional will be responsible for ensuring the properties are in top condition and ready for guests. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues that arise during their stay.Responsibilities:Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify maintenance needsPerform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and unclogging drainsRespond promptly to guest requests for repairs or maintenanceCoordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner when work is beyond the scope of current professionalMaintain a log of all maintenance requests and completed workEnsure all equipment and appliances are in good working conditionConduct seasonal maintenance tasks such as cleaning gutters, inspecting HVAC systems, and preparing properties for the winter seasonManage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipmentEnsure compliance with safety regulations and local building codesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentProven experience in maintenance or a related fieldStrong knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systemsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyExcellent communication and customer service skillsAttention to detail and a commitment to quality workPhysical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as neededValid driver's license and reliable transportationThis is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
