Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Conduct diagnostic testing to identify equipment malfunctions and necessary repairs. Install align and commission new production machinery and auxiliary equipment. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities parts used and equipment status. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and production stoppages. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations LOTO procedures and company policies. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Ability to troubleshoot and program PLCs and industrial control systems. Experience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS software. Strong understanding of safety protocols including LOTO procedures. Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals. Relevant technical degree or certification or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing environment. Bonus Qualifications Experience with PLC troubleshooting and basic programming. Proficiency in welding and fabrication. Prior experience utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). Certification in forklift or aerial lift operation. HVAC or refrigeration repair experience.
