The Opportunity We partner with manufacturers across Zeeland seeking Maintenance Technicians who want more than a lateral move. Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic components. Diagnose equipment malfunctions using various testing devices and technical manuals. Execute emergency repairs to minimize production downtime. Install relocate and commission new machinery and production lines. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities parts used and equipment history. Adhere strictly to all safety regulations including Lockout/Tagout procedures. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in industrial electrical mechanical and hydraulic/pneumatic systems Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment Ability to read and interpret schematics blueprints and technical manuals Strong understanding of safety protocols including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance Mechatronics or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience and certifications Bonus Qualifications Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting. Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques. Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). HVAC or refrigeration system maintenance experience. Robotics troubleshooting and repair experience.
