The focus should be on the position and not the current incumbent.Essential duties and responsibilities:1. Proven ability in Plant Utilities Maintenance2. Mechanical and electrical experience required3. Must be proactive with preventive maintenance and is able to troubleshoot and tackle breakdowns4. Operates and maintains industrial boilers5. Knowledge of industrial boilers water chemistry6. Operates and maintains industrial HVAC systems air compressors pumps chillers7. Reads and understands blueprints and CAD drawings8. SAP Contract Bids and Purchase Order generation9. Operates power tools hand tools and electrical test equipment10. Operates trade specific tools including but not limited to micrometers calipers and VerniersThis position also has accountability for QRMP standards as outlined in the Winchester Kraft Heinz QRMP accountability document.Proficiencies/ABILITIES: These are key observable/measurable skills knowledge and behaviors required that contribute to successful performance in the position.
